      Family Caregiver Education Series

      SJICH is pleased to offer an educational series for family and friend caregivers. Each session will include a presentation by Institute staff members, group discussion, problem solving and role play.

      Discussion Topic for June 4: Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care & Advance Medical Directives

      Participants are welcome to attend sessions as their schedules permit; RSVP not required. Free caregiving services are available onsite during the sessions. Advance notice by the previous Wednesday is necessary. Email us for more information and/or to be added to the group email list.

      St. John’s Institute for Cognitive Health invites the Jackson Hole community to a presentation featuring nationally-renowned Mayo Clinic neurologist David Knopman, MD. Dr. Knopman will discuss current research on preclinical Alzheimer’s disease, focusing on three clinical trials that attempt to prevent the disease in at-risk individuals. Suggested donation at the door = $5.
